Artis Props – Returns & Exchanges Guide

At Artis Props, we want you to love every item you order. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve created a simple and fair process to help you return or exchange your purchase.

Cancelling an Order

UK consumer regulations give you the right to cancel your order.

• To cancel, you must email info@artisprops.com within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

• If your order has already been shipped, it must be returned to us before we can issue a refund.

Sending Items Back or Requesting an Exchange

If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all labels and tags.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process a refund for all qualifying items.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective item or something you didn’t order:

• Contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@artisprops.com.

• Include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and whether you’d like a refund or replacement.

• If the item is confirmed to be faulty or sent in error, we’ll cover the return postage.
  Please note: damage caused by mishandling, normal wear and tear, or misuse is not considered a manufacturing fault.

International Returns

Customers outside the UK may also return items within 30 days of delivery.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.

Responsibility for Returned Goods

Until we receive your return, the item remains your responsibility. To protect yourself, we recommend using a tracked and insured courier service.

Refund Processing

Refunds are usually issued within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Refunds are sent back to the original payment method.

Your Legal Rights

This returns policy is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights under UK law.

At Artis Props, every piece is crafted with a strong focus on colour, tone, and visual impact. Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on the screen or device you’re viewing from, due to variations in display settings and calibration. We take great care to represent each piece as accurately as possible, but subtle differences may occur in real life.
