Processing Times

All Artis Props products are handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Please allow up to 4 working days for your order to be processed and prepared for dispatch.

Processing times are separate from delivery times. 

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping service selected at checkout.

Handmade Products & Natural Variations

As our products are handmade, each piece may have slight variations in appearance, texture and finish. These variations are a natural characteristic of the materials and manufacturing process and should not be considered faults.

Products may contain natural fibre patterns, grain variations, subtle marks, textures or other minor imperfections resulting from the materials used. These characteristics are part of the individual nature of each handmade piece.

Colour Variations

We make every effort to represent our product colours as accurately as possible on our website. However, colours may appear differently depending on your monitor, phone, tablet, screen settings, lighting and other display conditions.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your screen will be an exact representation of the physical product.

By placing an order with Artis Props, you acknowledge and accept that handmade products may contain natural variations and that colours may differ slightly from those displayed online.
